It's a bit quirky that it won't drive, yet it'll roll, given where it was struck. I wonder if poor english is the issue, or the car genuinely won't move under it's own steam (to get on the back of a truck / trailer).

looks like poor english to me.
It may also not drive if the rear is so damaged, the bodywork is on the wheel.
100K mile is also quite high, but for £300 currently,
It must of been driveable prior to the accident.
if I needed one I would prop give it a go.
