There's a contemporary photograph here showing a D24 with slightly more pronounced air intakes. I couldn't copy and paste it directly as the site seems to have a block built in to it to stop copyright infringements...

I would love to know what the asymmetric wing scoop is for.....

Not sure about the race car but on mine it will be for the wine cooler fitted behind the front wheel. Proper continental GT G46.
