Default Fuel pipes & SVA

Is there anything stopping me using rubber fuel hose from the front to the back of the car? (or braided)

I want to reduce the number of connections I have in the system, that and I think the copper pipe I have doesnt have a big enough internal bore.

EDIT Let me rephrase!

I plan to run Aeroquip hose front to back - is this a problem with the SVA?

Aeroquip is fine, but you will more than likely be asked to produce documentary evidence of it's suitability for petrol.
