Default few q's on bike engined k c

hiya, when using a bike engine in a self made "rage" style buggy with car brakes.is the bikes vacume enough to run a servo for the brakes or is there a different system i can/should use? i think im going to use sierra front hubs/discs and caliper, and sierra diff/driveshafts and drums rear.sorry ive got a couple more q's....
(1) which diff is more suited to bike engines,is it the 3.62 or 3.69?
(2) i dont want a windscreen,so do i have to wear a helmet?
(3)can i have a (thick) woven weld mesh floor? or must the floor be of sheet ally/steel?
(4)can i legally use side nets, like they have on nascar windows,im thinking of making gull wing side nets on left and right side of buggy rollcage,or part of it,my side entrance area is about 3ft long and 2 ft high, ill post pics soon.
(5)how do spiders poo? i dont know anyone who has seen a spider poo! i dont think they do,i think they puke it up? lol.
cheers,andy
