Hi. I've been in the process of rebuilding an NCF Road Rat on and off for a couple of years and thought you might like to know about it. It's a Fiat Panda 4x4 based fun car. My main reason for this post however, is to find out if there's anyone else out there who has one of these or knows someone who does. There were only 5 ever made and it would be nice to find out what happened to the other four.
