I have just fitted the suspension and had to bend the brackets on the chasis to allow me to get the arms + the bushes in. Now I have bolted them into place they seem very tight and do not move freely. I'm sure they will move when under weight but wondered if this will cause a problem, should I trim the bushes down to allow for a looser fit ?
Thanks for the reply , I did read this and followed the advice on removing all powder coat and using Lith/Molly CV grease.
But I presume, as I am using the std bushes supplied by Marlin and not powerflex I did not have the problem of them squeezing together and reducing the ID.
The problem I have is that the gap between the brackets is not large enough to slot them in unless I bend the brackets and then once in they do not move freely even before tightning.
