Right, have now found my Donor it is now at Marlin for stripping and offering the engine up to the new rear end of the chassis to allow the mounts to be made. Then the chassis is off for powdercoating.
This means I now know my collection date of Parts 1 and 2 of the kit (excluding rollcage) 26th Feb.
Its been a long road but soon will be starting, am already counting down the days on my Calendar.
Make sure the COD isn't issued until AFTER you try and register the car, else registration can be more difficult. It's also worthwhile getting the donor registered in your name, before you bin the car.
Thanks, I should be ok I think. The Donor is a Cat C write off so Terry is arranging for a VIC check to get a logbook issued to me. I'm assured this should mean I can get an age related "W" plate in my case.
