Standard Restore or Chop and Mod

Being a biker I can't help but mess with stuff and try to make it go faster and look a little different or unique.

Do I restore my little Dutton to it's former glory or do I shove my ZX 10 engine in it and mod the chassis and shell? It'll go like a :plane: with 130 or so B haitchpees and 74 torquey thingies.

I'd like to loose the tall screen and wipers and fit a fly screen, roll cage and harnesses and change the bodywork to something a little more aerodynamic.

Sacrelige or a plan?
