Trim Rings for gearstick and handbrake

Where did you guys get your trim rings from? Just looked at Europa and they seem very expensive. (£20 for a gearstick trim ring!)

Mine came with the trim kit from Marlin. I suspect they are specials to Marlin drawings because I could tell they were freshly polished and wrapped in newspaper......

Same here, they were supplied by Marlin - they look like the sort of thing that would be right pain in the rear end to cut yourself from a blank.
