Does anyone know if the MGF Drive shafts will suit the 5EXI, as I may have an option on a 1800VVC MGF.

Hi Steve.
The rear of the MGF is based around the metro. So you may find that the out CV's will not fit into the Marlin hubs.
Also, try and get the gear change cables, brackets etc.
