About to start on my Frogeyed Sprite.
Doner chassis wheelbase is too long so need to lengthen the body work. Any input appreciated as to where to put the 18" in the body.
Bit in the doors and a bit in the bonnet perhaps ?
Too much welding and measuring. Might weaken the chassis as well as the tubing is very thin gauge for lightness.
Pic shows where it would have to be cut and welded. Bit of a nightmare
