These things are about as good as the electric turbos, Waste gate noise generators and other ricer boy crap that gets stuck on 1.1 Corsas

It seems this cover is magic.

Before he fitted it his hubs had 5 studs. Afterwards they had 4. Gotta be a lot cheaper than the hub convertors I have seen lol...

All joking apart, has anyone considered going for some willwood style billet multi pot calipers?

They all seem very expensive, and would more than likely be overkill. That and I never seem to find a full matching set (front & back).

They do look cool though - and wouldn't go rusty....

yeah I have but I've not got the budget at mo Rally Design have 2 sets for the E30 - should fit under my 15's.

I wonder if I could get a set made up that was anodised green, to match the proposed body colour....

There is also WDS brakes sold by a person on e30zone, similar looking to the wilwood ones but a bit less

Personally I think the best improvement for the brakes would be if we could find a "softer" set of pads. The Metro brake servo only gives a boost of about 1.6 compared to the original BMW's 3+ meaning you have to push pretty hard to get a quick stop. The - less than perfect - design of the pedal box doesn't help either. Has anyone considerd this as an option?
