This is a read-only archive of the old Madabout Kitcars forum. New posts and replies are no longer possible, but every thread is still here to browse and read.
The whole thing seems a bit confusing. If I've got it right then Adrenaline as a company is no more (in administration) but someone somewhere is still able to supply kits to the build agents and the agents are now the point of contact if someone wants a Murtaya. Am I reading that right?
Yes, I was confused, as well.
You'd think the administrator would have the rights to the car as the major valuable asset?
Maybe they had already sold the rights to the car to fund the operations and development?
If they were smart (as it seems) the rights to the design, moulds and jigs will be owned by either another person or company. Then, Adrenaline Motorsport would be more of a constructor/fabricator and supplier to the agents - that way if and as they have, gone into administration the original designer can go to someone else to manufacture the parts using his jigs and moulds
