has any one got a copy of the lastes IVA test manual

I am in the process of building an F1 replica, and i am looking for a copy of the IVA test manual, i have gone on to the vosa web site and i can get one for £37 but being on a very tight buget i was wondering if anyone had a copy that i could have to save a bit of money?
