I now have all the bits I need to start assembling the front and rear suspension (using the new ali uprights supplied by Marlin, not modified originals). My only sticking point (so far) is I am struggling to get the one piece black bushes into the suspension arms (not the split powerlex purple ones). I've passed them to a friendly local mechanic and he say he doesn't have a bush pusher small enough for the job!! Can this be done easily at home with a G-clamp and some grease/lube or something similar?? I did attempt in briefly last night with G-clamp, but to no avail. Advice would be much appreciated please.
I did mine using a length of threaded bar, numerous nuts and washers of various sizes. The bar goes through both bush holes and after some trial and error I eventually got the various components in the right places to wind the bushes in. Then use PLENTY of fairy liquid and wind away until they pop in. The only thing I had to avoid was bending of the actual wishbone arms which I prevented with a length of wood cut to fit between the arms. I hope this makes sense!
They're in!!! Thanks for your help guys, threaded rod and fairy liquid = happy bunny. Can now start to assemble the front and back ends, will keep you posted!
I was quite surprised to see the black one piece rubber bushes too as I'd expected powerflex top and bottom. I may look into sourcing poly anyway as it seems strangle to have it everywhere else but here.
Advice would be much appreciated please. 
Also odd thought they stopped supplying the one piece ones :/
