Hi all, sorry to bring this up again but I am a bit puzzled.

I am about to buy track rod ends and I have searched the forum and seen references to both Ford ones (P100) and Metro ones.

Mine is a 9 year old E30 based kit, can anyone tell me what to buy and possibly a source?

I am assuming that the top mount is standard E30.

As you can see, the final sentence of my post above bears no relation to the TRE's! In my defence it was late when I posted and I was having a conversation in my head about the rear suspension which spilled out by accident! Sorry for the confusion... John

track rod ends were confirmed as Ford here....

Metro ball joints are used in the front suspension wishbones (top and bottom).

Rear shock absorber top mounts are BMW but it has been suggested it is better to use the e46 version of the mounts which are stronger.
