Trouble sourcing fuel tankor other bits? Spitfire Graveyard in Sheffield sold me a good condition tank, with pipe and cap for £30. Loads of other good stuff too, eg complete headlights inc chrome for £10 for the pair. Easy for me as I work in Sheffield but give them a call as they do delivery as well. really nice guy, phone number is 01142700886. Think I might be there a lot!
Yup, they're really good and i've had loads of bits from them. If you're not exactly sure what you're after they're also really good to talk things over with.
I'm not as close as you as im in Somerset but i can confirm that they do really good postage deals as I've had them send me some heavy bits over this last year including carbs & manifold, and they've just mailed me a diff! So highly recommended
