I just couldn't face the drive down there today ...I need to buy some bits and wanted to 'man handle ' them before buying , ideally , so was all set to go ....but woke this morning and thought ....b*ll*cks , I need a rest !! so didn't go...
I have heard from a forum user that yesterday was quiet ....what about today , anyone ?
Yes Detling was very disappointing, one small hall there are normally several halls.
No external stands to talk of, small hall was so crowded it was uncomfortable to walk around, a few stall holder said it was under new management and they would feel the reaction next years as the punters were not happy.
There were more burger bars than there were exhibitors and a few people we spoke to felt the £10 entrance was a bit rich for what was on offer.
To be fair Saturday was a bad weather day very cold and drizzle up there on Detling Hill is a little uninviting.
