Iv just bought an unstarted un drilled charger kit but I dont have a build manuel ,Im abit stuck on how much to lower the suspension especialy the rear

Build manuels are few and far between if you want info about lowering any Type 1 based car chat to any VW bug owner they should be able to advise you, these cars sit so low anyway that you should think carefully about any lowering, my old one used to catch the exhaust occationally and that was set up with standard settings i would not lower a charger
