I am setting up the front suspension and trying to get my lower wishbones right first. Perceived wisdom suggests that the lowers should be parallel to the ground but if I do that I only have just over 3" of clearance underneath my sump, which will result in a very nervous driving experience anywhere other than the local bowling green!!
Other than a slight lifting of the centre of gravity are there any suspension gurus out there who can say what (if any) are the risks of lowering the outer ends of the wishbones by 25-35mm (approx 5 degrees) or what affect it may have on the car's handling / feel.
Many thanks
Nigel
