Hi Andy - I believe the chap who initially set the business moved to the US, whilst the one who bought if of him sadly passed away.
I have just bought myself (litteraly yesterday) a fiero based 308 replica and need a few things done to it - do you have any contacts / good people who would be able to assist etc?
Don't know if you are aware but there is a Facebook group called fierouk or so with quite a few people with parts etc
Do you mean Steve Briddon moved to the USA? He is the guy I bought my Ferrari 308 replica off in 1995. I used to do all his printing for him and he paid in parts for my car, seats, Wheels, engine etc.
He used to use my car in all their shows too.
What kind of things do you need to do to your Replica? I might be able to offer some advice.
Steve sold mine to someone in Spain which enabled me to buy a real Ferrari 308 Quattrovalve in 1998, which I still have.
Yes I think Steve Briddon is the chap I read about who decided to set up his business in the US. I am sure that if you google his name you will come across the posts that I read on various forums.
Essentially my car is overall a bit tatty and in needs of tying up. I am very busy professionally speaking, and, probably more to the point, not very good at DIY so looking for some help to sort out the following:
Radio prep, tidy up inside, exhaust manifold needs to be changed (I have the part), rear boot currently loose / doesn't fit 100% and doesnt close, front left light cover not straight (waivering on the surface), Indicators flicker v slowly, hand break loose, steerinng column tilt needs to be changed (I have the part), small little cracks where the joints are all around, small holes*in body work (seems where previous badges were attached to the car),*Ferrari sign at the back of the car is bent and needs to be re-attached to the car.
Additionally, I would potentially like to upgrade the engine to a V8. Maybe note a day 1 job, but something that I would like to get someone to enquiry about for me etc. I also saw that a US company is offering a full 308 interior kit, something that I would also like to consider further.
