Long wheelbase, wide track possible?

Hi

Next summer i want to build a kit car.

Ive heard the haynes budget sports car book is basicall an idiots guide and would follow the instructions in that, but...

I dont want to end up with your standard kit car, what i need is a road legal car for me to build on, and said car needs to have the driver just infront of the rear wheels and needs a wheelbase of about 140" and track of about 90"

Could i just adjust the frame to meet this criteria?

How will i address:
- steering column (would need a longer one)
- track rods (again need longer ones)
- drive shaft (... Longer)

Would i need longer donor parts? Modify/extend existing parts? Get custom parts fabricated?

As for the position of everything else, it would be unaffected.

So is this feasible?

Thanks
