I want to do the high build primer bit myself, a handful of weeks away.
I won't be using 2k, a browse around the mig welding forum will show some really sad stories about the damage this has caused to amateurs.
So I will be using celly. Problem is that this stuff shrinks (or sinks). How long to I have to leave it to let the solvents evaporate? I have found at least a couple of weeks, is that enough?
What's the problem with 2 pack?????
Easy peasy!
Mix it accurately...use digital scales or graduated mixing pots.
Add thinner until it's runny enough to spray.
Put it in you gun
Practice on a big bit of card getting the air/paint ratio nice.
Spray it!
In this weather you can overcoat in an hour
And sand it the next day.
Why use cellulose?
