Floor Pan & Bulkhead fixings

Hi....

Now getting to grips with the kit and have sorted out my build plan.

1st question (if anyone can help)....is it necessary to use rivnuts and machine screws for the whole of the floor pan or can the galv. sheets be bonded and threads tapped into the sq frame? :eusa_doh:

What's the best solution?

I have blind pop riveted and gunked the large sheets and put rivet nuts in for the centre panels because they mite need to be removed at some time
My bulkhead panels are blind pop riveted and gunked as well

As Big_Fella - panel bond and rivets for floor panels and bulkheads. Centre section needs to be removeable, so rivnut, screw or bolt in.

The centre section won't go on for a while, but I am using silicon sealant on these panels to keep water tight.
