Ka engine into Jester

Hi folks. My Sylva Jester's Mk1 Fiesta engine is beginning to get a bit tired. I believe the later Jesters had Ka engines fitted and I wonder if anyone has upgraded a Jester by fitting a Ka engine. I've been building bikes for years and am a pretty reasonable mechanic. Are there any huge problems? does the existing running gear accept the later engine? Any info would be appreciated.
