Help - 2.0L Ford Pinto

11 Aug 2014, 12:51pm
Hi everyone, just looking for some help please. I have a Tiger Cat E1 kit car and I'm currently part way through a complete engine rebuild. I'd like to replace all the old bolts for new ones. I know there are places on the net you can buy bolt kits from but does anyone know what the sizes required are please? Manythanks....:ranger:

try searching eBay for ford pinto engine bolts. Head bolts are special stretch bolts, I wouldn't use anything that was not specifically designed for the purpose, they have to be the correct tensile strength if you are replacing big end, mains or flywheel to crankshaft.
