Not a great advert tbh, it doesn't make it clear whether the £22.5k price buys it as it is or finished.
An unfinished kit car project is never going to realise anywhere near what a well finished one will make.
Finish the car, spray it in a period colour with a nice leather interior in a complementary shade and by all means ask over £20k. Trying to sell it for that price unfinished will just make people wonder 'was it just too difficult to complete?'...
