Looking good Andy. Like your wheels, nearly bought the same for a build, wish I had. Look forward to seeing your car in colour soon.

all the interior is mk1 it dose fit well fit a bit of work and for me is worth the pain for the look. even the guy at the paint shop asked what year car it was and did not believe the reg plate. that's a tribute:first: forgive the pun

first day back off holiday car out in the sunshine what could be better. I did buy viper stripes but I think it would spoil it. I need a tribute badge or I am on the lookout for a GTO badge and some head light covers.

Looking good there! I bet you're pleased a big risk with black as it shows all the flaws but this looks really good.

I agree black is hard to paint that's why its British racing green catches the light really well...LOL

Haha Doh! I have upped my brightness on my tablet and now I can see the green... and guess what... it still looks great!
17 Feb 2015, 9:53pm
If it looks black, that means you've picked the correct BRG!!
17 Feb 2015, 10:24pm
it dose look black as the sun goes down but in full sun its got a green metallic glint to it with a very deep gloss, I think I save the stripes for the next car

Wow that looks great Andy. Could I please use your pics on our website/Facebook/eBay etc?

I have another batch of headlight covers arriving next week.

Are you adding a grille?
17 Feb 2015, 11:27pm
please help your self to the pictures I have some of the inside with the mk1 interior if you want some ,I like the front all in one colour the badge will go to a GTO when I find one.

Andy - Your car looks great.

Especially given all the hassle you had with scrapping the first donor.

Enjoy, Paul. :)

PS
I've added a couple of your photos to the "Useful Info" thread.

Great job Andy, and I love the colour.
What make/size wheels are they, they really suit it.
