windscreen robin hood

Hi I am not putting windscreen on car for SVA test,hence dont need heater, wipers or washers.Can anyone tell me if i can do this for MOT. Cheers Dave

"Tested as presented" is the motto of my MOT tester. I had none of those items present when I got my Marlin Roadster tested, it passed with no advisory items.
