Kit due soon, I have seen a lot of discussion over the floor pans and and bulk heads. Is there a reccomended distance appart for the rivnuts, I was thinking about every 200mm. Also someone once mentioned how to convert the measuremnt of drill sizes from metric to imperial so I can work out what size drill to use. The reason for saying, i have used rivnuts before but generally had to mess aabout a bit because of havving wrong sizw drill.

I agree with Big Fella, with 100mm apart. What I would say is use stainless steel rivets not rivnuts on all panels. That is except the central tunnel for future access. The reason being is maintaining the strength of the chassis. You will generally need to dill larger holes for rivnuts, which in my opinion will undermine the structural integrity.
With regard to drill sizes, please see below which is a reply to an earlier answer I gave on this subject:

Try ordering 3/16" HSS Drill bits (Screwfix number Part number 16889).
It's just that the rivets are traditionally an imperial size (in this case 3/16") which is 187.5 thousandths of an inch.
The conversion to mm is 187.5 divided by 39 (thou) = 4.8 mm
39 thou = 1mm

I'd agree with the rivetting instead of rivnuts on floorpans. However, if stainless steel rivets are a bit tough to fit then nfauto do a great anodised ali rivet (4.8 / 5mm dia). These are a good half way house between plain ali and s/steel and offer good levels of galvanic corrosion protection along with a large head to spread the load.
