ACE were my first point of reference for all DVLA/VOSA issues, Kev was very helpful and responded to individual issues well. It's a sad day if they have gone.
Perhaps they have re-formed in some other place, by another name?
There was another thread explaining the reasons behind this decision, but I can't find it at the moment.
( The Rod 'n' Sods site has just re-set all user passwords and it currently in melt down mode. )
