Which kit?

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice about what kits are currently available.

I've previously built a Fisher Fury which I consider to be a 'proper' kit car, ie lots of sourcing parts and fabrication/engineering.

I now have a spare K Series VVC engine and Type 9 box and thought about selling the Fury and investing in a Caterham 7, the idea that all the parts are new, bagged and labelled being quite appealling - basically I want to build a giant meccano kit.

However, it seems Caterham no longer sell a self build kit without engine and transmission. The same seems to go for Westfield.

So are there any kits out there (preferably Seven-esque) which are easy to build like the Caterham?
