So who built/owns that? Bumpers as well and I can't quite make out the script on the boot. Also has the same small sill covers as Smash's car. He hasn't gone and had it repainted has he?
Great colour, just what I had planned
Fantastic door and bonnet gaps. Chromed grill surround as well?
Proper wires and chrome wipers.
Indents under the door handles.
Would love to see the fuel filler route, could save me a lot of time and hassle.
Great attention to detail. Looks like a brand new car.

I personally think it look better than the DNA that just sold for £48k.
The cooling vents on the sides look to have grills, neat. Too many badges for me, along with the jacking point covers, (one or the other) but still a nice looker.
The car looks really smart , its all in the detail ! The bonnet trim , the bumpers and the wire wheels set it all off. The bumpers look the same as the those fitted to smash's car. I would think Tribute or Nubodi would have let us know by now if the were offering GRP replica bumpers.
I agree with Jaguartvr , I prefer the style of this car over the California shape but we are not comparing like for like other than the Z3 base car. The Tribute Kalifornia isn't a replica of anything.

I built the car myself.
The body is vinyl wrapped not painted ! But will be painted in due course.
Front bumpers are genuine Ferrari.
Rear bumpers alluminium, chrome vinyl wrapped.
Seats MGF.
I extended the bonnet by 10" thus making it (in my opinion) in better proportion to the vehicle.

Hard to believe it has been wrapped, such a curvy car, must have been a bitch to do.
Is the small bonnet grill a one off? It looks great and is something that I want to add to mine.

Interesting........ I may be entirely wrong, but it looks like about 7.5 inches nearest the screen, and 2.5 inches as the sharp end? Just by comparing photos with yours and Ericholm's. Does this give more access to some critical under bonnet items? so therefore the front could be bolted down and only moved for more major work, utilising the 'small' bonnet for most tasks?
I think it is simply for the cosmetic look. Hoping for a lot more details on this build as it looks as if there has been a lot of thought put into it.
MGF seats do look very good, not as bulky as the Rover seats.

Small bonnet grill is nothing special, just alloy mesh bonded from behind and the surround is vinyl.
Spot on with your calculations for bonnet extension. I intended to hinge the bonnet and bolt down the front, but could not source suitable hinges that would fit. It is now bonded in place.
Sorry, not good with posting pictures and my 4 year old grand daughter is too busy to assist at the moment !
The car is based in Dewsbury , West Yorkshire if you are close ?
