Z3 seat bushings

Someone posted recently that they had a spare set of Z3 seat bushings but I can't find the post.
Can anybody remember it?

I did a fair while ago. I'd lost the first set which I obviously found as soon as the new ones arrived. I sold the spare set a while ago.
