I have a set of plans, build manual and CD for the CV3.
The CX3 is Honda CX500 powered and the CV3 is 2CV powered.
The basic chassis should be the same as one is just a modification of the other.

hi Micky1mo,
biggest difference is in suspensions. cv3 reuse 2cv arms instead of fabricated (i guess) arms.
for my need is 1/2 of the problem.. but i will pm you)

I am desperately looking for à BRA CX3 plan set. Down here in Canada , importing à kit from UK is crazy expensive. I already have m'y donor bike, now all i am missing is à set if plans. Please note- -the plans I have are for the CV3 (Citroen 2CV based three wheeler) and NOT the CX3 (Honda CX500 based three wheeler).

Yes I still have them (hiding some where) and yes I will sell the for the right price.
The package weighs just over 1kg so postage will not cheap.

I'v found the pans and to my shock they are for the CX3 and not the CV3!!!



So, I have the plan set, CD set, cut list, build manual, CX500 engine, rear suspension, rear wheel, front hubs!!!

The question is do I sell the plans and bits separately or sell the whole lot as a package!!

Sell it as a bundle, the best chance for it to get on the road in finished form.

I only just found this forum. Interesting.
As the person who drew all the plans, and one of the directors, I have all the original plans in my loft although from memory, I don’t actually have any sets already printed.

Bra CX3 plans

Very nice to hear from you, welcome to the forum. I had the chance to try a BRA CX3 belive it or not up here in Canada (one of 12 reverse trikes in existence down here).

Since then i am trying to find the plan package that BRA were selling, but no longer available. With import duties issues, and the Exchange rate of the pound compare to our dollars, makes it so that gor me trying to buy a full build at lets say 15, 000 pounds is equal to me paying 28, 000 pounds. Quite a steep amount. That is why being able to build one based on the plan set, is almost my only option.

I am of course interested in buying a full set of plans either in CAD format , or printed format. Please contact me by personal message, if there is a possibility.

I have not looked at the plans for some years now and I know we do not already have any printed. They are not available on CAD.
The course of the next few days I will try to get in the loft and see what there is.

New to the forum and after reading this thread I'm curious to know if there are a set of plans still available? I am in the market for a set and or an unfinished three wheeler project Honda or Guzzi based?

I know I have a full set of plans, cut list and build manual.
I think under the bench I have.
Honda CX500 engine+carbs, coils ect.
Complete front suspension, A frames, calipers, disc's, hubs ect.
Honda CX 500 rear swinging arm with shaft, wheel, hub ect.

I'll be look for £700 the lot.
