I've found a mention of it in Sports Kit Car Builder magazine March 1984 (said it was rare) - there's an issue on eBay- item number: 183191506186.
There's also a sales brochure- eBay item number: 352100222416 The works address shown is an early one- Ashdown Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. TN40 1SE The phone number 01424 217712 has probably been re-assigned.

That will show a number of registration numbers- using a V888 frorm from DVLA "may" be able to provide owner details. Trying to trace fellow owners of a rare kit car may count as a "reasonable cause" for seeking that info.
