I have a friend who lives in France and would like to build a 250swb but doesn't think he would be able to get it registered in France.

I bought my GT40 from France,
The owner was selling because he said it would never be registered there as they have a big dislike for anything not French (His words not mine)
I have heard of guys taking them out of France getting them registered and then bringing them back in.
Gary (Lancelot link) is a lot more informed on this stuff than me so may be worth asking him.
