Does anyone remember what forms need sending off to the DVLA to notify them of the change of body style for a Z3/Tribute?
I have done it before but just cannot remember, old age

I add before and after photos of the car with the registration number visible.

I always include a covering letter explaining that I have added panels to change the appearance of the car but I have retained the identity of the original car as I have not modified the chassis / monocoque and that I require a change to the vehicle description only.

Also include any invoices for the kit from the supplier. The pics need to have the registration plates in plain view also
