Who uses which filler?

What finish filler are people using?

I fill the big dents with P38 because it is what I had in the garage but what gives a nice finish without costing millions?

Cheers

I use U-POL B Glass Fibre on fibreglass as I think it is less likely to crack. It is a lot harder to sand back, For any small areas that just need a thin skim I use the U-POL filler and U-POL dolphin glaze for a final finish and for pinholes.
I use all U0POL so I won't get any reactions and it seems to be used in the trade.

How about flexible filler?
Has anybody tried it?

The guy who painted my Z300s recommended Indasa Autofill for any filling, pre-primer that it may need.
Sounds like an easy-sand paste with glass and kevlar reinforcement. I have to say that the Isopon P40 with glass strands that I used to fill in the door mirror depressions is not the easiest to sand.

Same here. And P38 for body filler. Recently, I ran out, I needed some the same day so I bought some Big Boy from Toolstation. That's flexible, cheap and no issues so far.

Big Boy Flexi filler works well on most surfaces including GRP and other plastics such as bumpers. Also good on metals including aluminium. Mixes to a nice runny consistency so it goes on well and doesn't clog when sanded ( dry )

Bought my last tub via ebay for about £12 for 600ml.
