Fraudulent supplier warning

Advertises on eBay and carandclassic.co.uk

Advertises Ferrari and fiat parts

ordered a pair of reversing lights for £160, his card machine was not working so could I pay by bank transfer, should have smelled a rat then.
Although he had them in stock, 3 weeks later no reversing lights and no replies to various phone numbers or e-mails.
registered address is

Emiliano Liani
Auto-Bella
c/o
Brindley Jacob
167 Turners Hill, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 9B

This is an accountant not his actual address.

He is selling many 250 replica parts, door handles, lights etc.

I would advise caution if sealing with him and if you do, only through eBay or on a card that you can get a refund.

I've bought lights from them through ebay and paying with PayPal. No problem in that case and you have PayPal protection if you do get messed about.

Just been through similar buying some lambretta bits 30th November I paid out £330 for parts that were showing in stock

Luckily I paid through PayPal so lodged a case 3rd January

Finally been told the parts have arrived at the shop nearly 2 months after ordering

so hopefully the parts Will be with me by the weekend

Hopefully you’ll get sorted if not it’s small claims court time

If you pay by PayPal or by card you are normally covered, don't be a muppet like me and fall for the bank transfer con.

They're a Private Limited company number 08938572 - not much on Companies House

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08938572/

Emiliano is company sec - Piero is director and also director of other companies if you follow link on Companies House

Check out shop net and . . .

Looks like he may have given his home address away

LIANI, Piero
Correspondence address
15 Haybluff Drive, Stevenage, Herts, England, SG1 6HA

That there is a private address and we know he's in Stevenage :)

Looking at the other Liani based on DOB I'd say son and not really anything to do with business as appears to work for KPMG. Google is your friend.

Maybe have a go at their twitter account first? https://twitter.com/autobellaltd?lang=en
