Take a look at it's last MOT test

Also looks like it's still registered as a Z3.
I would expect better for GBP35k

Where did you find that reg number to check the mot ? The reg number on the car in the photos , 9 FDX clearly states that it is in fact a yellow VW when entered on the government website !! ?????

The ebay sellers business info is at the end of the advert (Sarah Cox cars) and a Google search gave their website with the cars info https://www.sarahcoxcars.co.uk/used-bmw-z3-newark-nottinghamshire-5050405
