Fuel Lines

23 Oct 2006, 9:51pm

This is a view of the bodywork being assembled to my car.
You can see I have fitted some electrical wiring down this side.
My fuel lines (solid) are fitted same place on the other side.

A word of caution to those fitting fuel lines along the central tunnel. It gets very very warm in there. I left my handbrake gaiter off recently so that early morning I could keep my hands warm...hot air flows up the tunnel as it is drawn out of the handbrake area...it's up to you...

Just to add...
Fuel evaporating in the hot lines is BAD!
You need it as cool as possible when it is injected.
