Clutch Pedal Travel

Having just installed the pedal box for what I hope is the final time, I have noticed that my clutch pedal only travels about 2/3rds of the way to the flloor. There isn't any fluid in the system yet. Can anyone else who has got to this stage tell me if that's correct. I don't want to fill the system up with fluid only to find something is not quire right :embarassed:

Ours doesnt go all the way down either. You can double check that its moving all the way by having a look round the back of the master cylinder when you push the pedal in.

Our clutch is very heavy, but I'm hoping this will loosen up a bit as all the clutch parts are new.
