I noticed the thread linked to below is closed, and I'm wondering why? Has anyone reached a working solution to this matter yet?

Marlin have offered me a solution , so I'm now waiting on parts to see if the problem will draw to a close.

Looks like it was closed as it was going off topic.

I think this is a known problem with some cars and Marlin are sorting it.

I'm not entirely sure why it was closed....don't make a habit of closing threads if I can help it (think I've only had to do it twice) and can see no reason why that one should have been closed. Probably a twitchy mouse click. Anyway I've re-opened it if you want to comment on it.
