Just a little advice with reference to your brake lines. I would fix the junctions between the flexi lines and the hard lines through a tab welded to a chassis rail. This is to stop the transmission of movement from the flexi's to the hard lines that will fracture if not supported. Maybe you already have this planned? Example below.... https://live.staticflickr.com/4320/3...9bc70b15_z.jpgFront Brake pipes by Sabrebuilder, on Flickr |

But seeing you leave metal tools, etc on top of your live batteries was making me very nervous!! While your working on the car you might want to cover those 12 volt battery terminals as well! |
Thanks! Good advice

Problems, problems, and more Problems
We find brake lines leaking. We find the steering rack leaking. The controller will not boot up. And we might need a new radiator. Sigh... https://youtu.be/V4HHwKF0SJc |
You're making good progress. Are those connectors in the steering rack just plastic plugs ? If they are then replace them with metal ones or fit an oil cooler, that's probably what the ports are for.
I can't help you with electrics, I can only think in terms of simple DC circuits ! |
Yes, I think they are just plastic plugs. I will see if I can take out the steering rack and get things fitted up properly.
