Interesting Looking Intake Manifold

I spotted this on the Marlin gallery:

Does anyone know what it is? It looks as if it's bolted to an M20 engine...

I have heard of bike intakes being used on M20.

Dbilas make a nice ITB system for the M20 but it's very $$$
