I'm not a leccy but not being able to have a 32amp circuit seems a bit daft in this day and age of induction hobs, cookers and leccy showers.

Thought most houses were supplied with 80 or 100 amps....

I know its difficult to tell just from the pictures and what flex is in the main tub just sitting on the floor, but not one panel looks like it will fit...

If you are talking about Madabout when you say 'not safe', just make sure you are using https:// at the beginning of the url then it should say 'secured'
