The idea of it then is to raise the height of the seatbelt where it passes over the shoulders to suit the SVA people - is that right?

Found the picture. Hmm - doesn't look very substantial to me...

I see in the most recent Marlin catalogue that they are seeling a seat belt kit complete with some sort of bar. Does anyone know what this is for and where it fits? Is it to get round the SVA problem...
