I was on Warfarin for six months in the winter five years ago after an injury I picked up at work left me with a DVT. In addition to making me feel cold all the time it also magnified the effects of alcohol, getting me drunk after two pints and then giving me the world's worst hangover when I finally sobered up the following afternoon.
