someone on here had a bit of luck with the currant changes going on at DVLA and managed to get a car through becausr of the changes going on . I spoke to your glorius founder a few days back and he is very up on the registration systum as he has dabbled with modified cars for over 25 years
and his understanding of it is that whilst the systum is undergoing changes from local office control to vosa control there will be a slacker service but vosa are pretty much in control now and the cars will be being checked by vosa very soon in all areas if that hasnot started yet. here in poole they are pretty much ready to go.I will take his comments as fact as he has had a good relationship with the local office for the last 28 years and told me that he has even been invited to there closing party!
